Currently sitting at 66xxx miles, Auto trans.
The car was formerly a inline 6 but was swapped to an 5.9L AMC 360 V8 with 4 barrel edlebrock 650 carb
The biggest plus is the frame, rust free thanks to an under coating and is perfectly straight.
The rear seat has been closed for the majority of the cars life and as a result are in excellent shape, as pictured.
Previous owner attempted to add an instrument cluster that as far as I can tell only partially works and in my opinion is not worth keeping in.
Ignition was changed to being a switch under the dash, best guess is that the OEM ignition/Wheel broke and he decided it was easier to re-route it.
I replaced the mechanical fuel pump in September as the original ones rubber had broken down with age.
I would say the biggest problem present is the seats. As far as I can tell the bracket that mounts the drivers side is busted and as a result I would highly suggest swapping it out for the drivers safety; the front seats are in poor shape anyways.
There are small rust bubbles in a few spots on the lower end of the doors and quarter panels, and the chrome on the rear is in rough shape; all are shown in the pictures. The clear coat is starting to go in a few places as well, also pictured.
The brakes were replaced with the brakes off of a Wagoneer, unsure of year.
Overall I've enjoyed owning the car, but at the end of the day its a driving project, and I don't have the skill nor the experience (not to mention the money) to get this car to being where it could and should be.
Asking $4500, open to all reasonable offers including trades. Has papers. Comes with original owners manual.
