This lovely sailboat is completely rigged out as a liveaboard, but she would also make an ideal weekend cruiser. 2 people and a small dog lived aboard from April to October 2018. Sleeps 6 in a pinch, 4 comfortably. With a 6.5 foot skylight, you rarely need the lights but when you do they are new LED fixtures. Much work and love has gone into her this past summer with new electrical wiring, new composting toilet, and new propane system put in place with automatic leak detection and remote shut off. She also has all new batteries and a new Noco Genius 3 bank battery charger. In the motor new hoses, impeller, filters, and a new thermostat were added as well. She got a haul out at the start of summer 2018 which included a good scrub, new layers of bottom coat and new zincs. Also included in this price are a brand new depth sounder and chartplotter. An inflatable tender is included. March 2018 survey available on request. She was sailed around the San Juans and around the Desolation Sound area throughout 2018.
